The following position descriptions will vary at times. Your earnings potential and benefit package is based upon the position requested.
Labor - (OPENING) Holiday part-time, OR Fri/Sat/Sun Part-time. Holiday Help begins approximately mid-December and ends the Monday following the New Year weekend. Requirements: Must be energetic, love outdoor recreation, and enjoy people. Advancement opportunity. Weekend Part-Time Help begins after the New Year's Holiday and ends approximately March 1. General labor positions assist where needed. Fri/Sat/Sun help primarily assists with opening/closing procedures, snowmobile lesson, check-ins and check-outs.
Instructors/Guides - (OPENING) Requirements: Valid driver's license. CPR and 1ST AID certification. Completion of the Safe Riders Snowmobile Online Test. 2-years snowmobile experience or rental experience in any field helpful. Looking for responsible, self-reliant, and adventurous individual with leadership experience. Position requires both field and office duties (some noted below). Some mechanical experience is helpful. We will train. Special projects are assigned to qualified team members. Advancement opportunity.
Reservations - May require a split shift, 5 days per week if qualified as instructor and field office duties.. Assist with front desk duties as needed. Requirements: Ability to utilize online reservation system, phone reservations, and grasp several software programs such as excel and Google docs. Marketing & social media programming helpful. Front Desk - Requirements: Valid driver's license. CPR and 1st Aid optional but financially helpful for you. Use of computer, credit card terminal, and multi-task. Diverse communications equipment, risk management issues, and coordination of operations. Utilize the reservation software, excel programs, and Google docs. Give instruction during slow periods, and assist guides if time permits with opening and closing procedures. Advancement opportunity.
