We require all parties arrive AT LEAST 20 MINS PRIOR to their scheduled tour time! If you arrive less than 10 mins BEFORE your scheduled tour time, we may leave without you! We will not hold back a tour for late groups. And you will NOT be refunded if you miss your tour.

Below are the adult and minor waivers. If you are bringing a minor and the parents/guardians will not be present at time of rental, please make sure to print a minor waiver for the parent/guardian to fill it out prior and said minor can bring the filled out form with them. Participants may also print waivers to fill out prior to arrival if they choose.
