We require your entire group to check-in AT LEAST 30 MINS PRIOR to your scheduled tour time! If you, or any member of your group checks-in less than 30 mins BEFORE your scheduled tour time, we may leave without you! We will not hold back a tour for late groups. And you will NOT be refunded if you miss your tour.
